Let me tell you a quick story about a specific person I helped.
Jason was in his mid 40's, a busy professional chef, a husband, and father of 2.

I could tell Jason was coachable and would implement new strategies, since he knew that what he was doing up until this point wasn't working.
He lost 31 pounds of fat and went from looking "skinny fat" to muscular and shredded with visible abs.
Jason is now empowered to continue the habits he learned with us. He has more energy and looks better in his late 40's than he did at 28.
